We meet at the same drinking fountain in Centennial Park every Wednesday and Friday at 6am. We are finished by 7am.
Runs are capped at 10k or tailored to your available time or fitness level.

We're a training group of Sydney Striders, an iconic and beloved run club, offering the same free training sessions for over 15 years. Our members range from their teens to their 80s, and whether you're chasing a PB, training for City2Surf or a marathon, or just starting your running journey, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

We run two sessions each week. Wednesdays we alternate between flats and hills, Fridays we run 1km repeats. All our sessions are designed to take at your own pace, complete with warm up and cool downs. From the first time runner to the inspired runner, you are always supported and no one is ever left behind.
